Quinn at 7 months

Turtley Awesome!

Helping Grandma to put his shoes on - such a big helper!

Playing with Dad and Bella - in his puppy pants!

Lovin' Mommy!

My baby is already 7 months old! He is eating like a truck driver and is just an over-all happy little guy! He loves to get some cuddle time with mom and dad in the mornings before the day gets going and he is becoming quite the conversationalist - he will "talk" your ear off! He went to see the doctor when he was 6 months and here are the stats:
Height: 2' 3.5" (85%)
Weight: 16 lbs, 13.6 oz. (37%)
Head: 42 cm (17.3%)
He is following along the same pattern as Ben, just with a smaller head :)

Mommy Time!

2 in the tub!

Quinn is not too sure about what's going on....

Getting a little more comfortable!

There are better toys in this bath tub!

Getting a kiss from big brother!

An octopus - how neat!

Quinn has graduated to the "big boy" bath and now gets to play with Ben during bath time! Ben likes to try and help as much as possible which includes trying to rinse Quinn by dumping a bucket of water on his head. Quinn likes the extra room to splash and just lights up when Ben is there!

Brothers...trouble!

Off we go!

Hang on Quinn!

Here - let me pat your head.

So much fun!

We caught a glimpse of the future of having two boys in the house when Ben found out he could push Quinn in his walker wagon. You could almost hear Ben saying "hey Quinn - get in here and let me push you real fast! It was be fun!". Scary part is Quinn was having as much fun as Ben - especially when Ben would run full-force into the cabinets! After some parental intervention, Ben was able to control the wagon a bit better. The joys of 2 boys!

Dad and Ben

Chris and his "girlfriend" Bella - how can I compete with that!?!

Ben's nose was scratched when he did a faceplant in the training room on the slant board that is covered in rough sandpaper!

Mom and Quinn

First Football Game at TCF Bank Stadium!

My Dad and I - that's Quinn sleeping in my lap.

The band on the field - beautiful!

Happy family outside the Stadium!

Chris, my Dad, and I took Ben and Quinn to thier first football game at the new TCF Bank Stadium on the U of M campus. It was also my Dad and I's first trip to the new stadium, Chris went to the Wisconsin game a few weeks ago with some friends. The Stadium is awesome and it was a beautiful day in MN. Unfortunately, the Gophers came up short vs. Illinois. Quinn enjoyed the 1st quarter, slept through the 2nd, and spent the 3rd and 4th in the Williams Arena athletic training room so Mom could get ready for volleyball practice. Ben made it through almost the whole game (thanks to fruit snacks and french fries) and even got into the cheering a bit!

Trick or Treating

Ben was a lion and Quinn was a turtle! My mom "presented" Quinn in his turtle pose at each house they went to!

Ben is not sure what to do with this....

Grandma and Grandpa took the boys Trick or Treating in our cul-de-sac since Chris and I were away with the volleyball team. Ben really liked the mini M & M's that he got and was quite happy with just having those. He didn't quite grasp the Trick or Treating concept as he gave his candy back after someone would put something in his bag. That was fine with us since we would end up eating most of it anyways!

Carving the Pumpkins

Quinn lending a helping hand.

Nice pattern Mom

Mom's finished product!

Awesome!

We sat down to carve the pumpkins Wednesday evening and found out how Ben really feels about "his" pumpkins. Apparently, he didn't think we should be messing with them and got pretty upset about it. Chris had emptied out the pumpkins in the garage and then brought them inside so my Dad and I could carve them. Last year, Ben had a pretty good time helping us out and playing with the pumpkins, but had a change of heart this season. He ended up spending the pumpkin carving time in Grandma's lap perfectly content to watch from a distance. I think my Dad and I did pretty good - they turned out "hauntingly" awesome!

Picking Out Pumpkins

Ben with our pumpkins!

Quinn as a mouse!

Mom in a tree!

Ben as a scarecrow!

We went to the 101 Market to pick out our pumpkins to carve. We love going to the 101 Market - it has such great things! This was Ben's 3rd time there this fall!
